In 1975, BP Bartlett Construction was established by Brian Bartlett as a sole proprietorship. The company transformed into BP Bartlett Construction Ltd in 1986, taking on its present-day form. Initially, the company was run from Brian Bartlett's residence, but as it expanded, it outgrew this location. In 2007, the company moved to its existing premises in Wiri, Auckland. Currently, BP Bartlett Construction processes approximately two thousand claims annually.
Team
Presently, BP Bartlett Construction Ltd has a team of fourteen employees, comprising Estimators, Project Managers, Carpenters, Building Apprentices, Health and Safety Officers, and Office Administrators. We strive to foster solid working relationships with every team member, which results in their long-term tenure with our company. Business
Although we engage in a limited scope of general construction tasks, our primary focus and expertise lie in insurance reinstatement work. We collaborate with subcontractors across various trades, enabling us to handle a diverse range of construction projects. Our office and factory are located in Manukau City, and we cater to the needs of the South, East, and Central Auckland regions, as well as North Waikato. Additionally, we offer after-hours emergency securing services.
